Teachers will be reaching out from now until April 30th to let you know when to expect your child's Term 2 Point of Progress/Report Card posted on MyEd. Please let the classroom teacher know if you have any questions.

Reminders
We have a busy parking lot during drop off and pick up. Please remember to drive safe, and do not park in the round about or bus lane. Please park in the school parking lot during morning drop off and afternoon pick up, or walk/bike in.  
If you plan to pick up your child/children early from school please email [email protected] this allows us to have students ready and at the office.

Our lovely Indigenous Support Worker, Bev Harry, is working with some of our students to weave bracelets for our spring opening ceremony planned for the outdoor classroom! We are putting an ask out for any yarn left overs that people may have! Please feel free to drop them off to the office for Ms. Dalzell.

Festival Du Livre

The Fesitval du Livre (French Scholastic book fair) is coming to our school! What better way to promote reading to our French Immersion students than by supporting this important literacy event! Your support of this vital literary evenet is a key part to helping us obtain new books and resources for our library. We accept visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, and Cash

Pink Shirt Day
Our school was a sea of pin on February 22nd in honour of this years Pink Day. Students took part in in class activities and conversations around bully, kindness, and inclusion.

Basketball Games!
Thank you so much to Ms. Mazur and Mr. Dion for coaching a basketball team this year! Students had the opportunity to learn the basic skills of basketball and participate in both home and away games!

Thank you so much to the hard working students of Mme. Hryhirchuk's & Mme. Paquette's grade 5/6 classes for organizing and hosting a primary and intermediate Valentines Day Dance! So many awesome dance moves and smiling faces!!

Upcoming Events!

PAC is excited to bring Sound Kreations back to the school from April 3 to 6 to support music and dance learning
for all students. All classes will have a chance to learn some new dance moves or practice ones learned last year.
 
PAC is pleased to bring Missoula back to the school from April 17 to 22nd. This year's story is The Jungle Book. There will be two performances on Saturday, April 22nd with concession and a bake sale. More information closer to the date on ticket sales and auditions for students from Grade 1 to Grade 6.

Save The Date for our revamped Spring Carnival on Friday, May 26th from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. outside, rain or shine. There will be games, a dunk tank, performers, and food.
