Jump Rope For Heart!
We are super excited to be participating in Jump Rope For Heart in the new year! Our students will discover fun ways to be active, practice healthy habits, and learn about helping others while raising money to beat heart disease and stroke. We will kick off our event with an assembly in January, with the actual event being February 27th, stay tuned for more information!
Celebrating SQE
We are so proud of all of the students for putting on an amazing Winter Concert. From poems, to skits, to holiday songs all of their hard work and dedication paid off!

Many of our classes took to the town this month, to spread joy and holiday spirit through music and cards for our community members.

Mrs. Lapointe K/1 class also did some international travel, making their way to down south Australia, learning everything about it from the animals, landmarks, and culture! Then, they travelled North, visiting Santa before his busy day!

Mme Lazar's class had a busy month filled with festive art, songs, and giving back to the community, and

Mme. Paquette and Ms. Crighton's classes enjoyed some time with our neighbours at Howe Sound Secondary, learning about textiles and listening to student written stories about environmental issues.

Our staff was so impressed with the hard work the students put into the Winter Concert, that they surprised them with their own pantomime!

Our amazing EA team enjoyed a well-deserved lunch together, while teachers took to the playground supervising!
